Practice Administrator

Alexa has been in the dental field for 3 years. She has lived in the Jacksonville area and been around dental her whole life. She is currently following in her mother’s footsteps and expanding her capabilities as a student of dental hygiene through Florida State College at Jacksonville. When she is not working, Alexa enjoys going to the beach, swimming, concerts at Daily’s Place, and watching football. 

Alexa strives to be a patient advocate at all times and says that insurance is her happy place. She works to ensure that patients understand their benefits and maximize the usage of their insurance plan.  

Carla

Carla has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Even though she currently lives in Jacksonville with her family, Carla was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She completed her training at UCATECI in La Vega, Dominican Republic, and became a dentist in 2008. When she first came to the United States, she was a dental assistant and then decided to pursue dental hygiene at New York University in NYC. When she isn’t taking care of her little ones, Carla enjoys spending time baking, hiking, and being outdoors. She has a strong passion for decorating and is responsible for the beautiful decor in our office. 

Carla is passionate about dental health and takes the time to educate and encourage patients to maintain good periodontal health. She loves helping others and enjoys helping provide the feeling and look of a beautiful and healthy smile. She also likes getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships with established patients. 

Chasity

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

3D Printing Lead

Chasity has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since 2013. She has worked with Dr Kulynch since 2021. She served our country for 6 years in the United States Air Force before receiving her Dental Assisting certification in Chesapeake, Virginia. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. 

Chasity’s priority is the patient experience and she works hard to ensure each patient feels comfortable, has a great experience in our office, and helps our patients understand their treatment needs and concerns. She is our 3D printing expert and is consistently taking courses and staying at the forefront of 3D printing technology.

Went for a scheduled cleaning. Only a cleaning.
$139. Fine, I new that. Getting ready for the cleaning and the dentist came in and said hi. Asked if there were any issues and I said no. He looked at my mouth, said nothing changed. He was literally in the room for 15 seconds and I didn't ask for or scheduled an "exam" and didn't consider it an exam. When I went to pay I was informed that 15 seconds the dentist was in the room cost me $77!!! and was told it was a 6 month "exam". Again I didn't ask for or schedule an exam. I WILL NOT be going back. So for your $77 "exam" you lost a customer who gets a cleaning 3 times a year. Is that really how you do business?
