We ask you to provide us with some information that will help us understand your needs and concerns prior to your visit via our online forms sent to you. Here you can let us know if you are interested in sedation options and express any concerns or requests you may have.

Modern Service With a Smile

One of our dental assistants will guide you to our wash station and then to your room where you can enjoy our streaming services from your chair.

Our professional assistants will gather some information and afterwards, our team will introduce you to Dr. Kulynych and share your concerns with your permission.

Once you meet Dr. Kulynych or Dr. K, you will see his positivity, sense of humor and his passion through his interactions with his patients and colleagues.
