"Dr. Kulynych is fantastic. Smart, up to date, loves what he's doing - true professional. I was born with severe oligodontia and have spent considerable time in dentist chairs for major work since I was a kid (I'm 54 now.) This year, Dr. K. extracted 4 front teeth, did a bone graft, 2 implants, and we're almost done with the implant bridge, and it has all gone like clockwork. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Went for a scheduled cleaning. Only a cleaning.
$139. Fine, I new that. Getting ready for the cleaning and the dentist came in and said hi. Asked if there were any issues and I said no. He looked at my mouth, said nothing changed. He was literally in the room for 15 seconds and I didn't ask for or scheduled an "exam" and didn't consider it an exam. When I went to pay I was informed that 15 seconds the dentist was in the room cost me $77!!! and was told it was a 6 month "exam". Again I didn't ask for or schedule an exam. I WILL NOT be going back. So for your $77 "exam" you lost a customer who gets a cleaning 3 times a year. Is that really how you do business?
