Carla

Interior Decorating Specialist

Dental Hygienist

Carla has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Even though she currently lives in Jacksonville with her family, Carla was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She completed her training at UCATECI in La Vega, Dominican Republic, and became a dentist in 2008. When she first came to the United States, she was a dental assistant and then decided to pursue dental hygiene at New York University in NYC. When she isn’t taking care of her little ones, Carla enjoys spending time baking, hiking, and being outdoors. She has a strong passion for decorating and is responsible for the beautiful decor in our office. 

Carla is passionate about dental health and takes the time to educate and encourage patients to maintain good periodontal health. She loves helping others and enjoys helping provide the feeling and look of a beautiful and healthy smile. She also likes getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships with established patients. 

Chasity

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

3D Printing Lead

Chasity has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since 2013. She has worked with Dr Kulynch since 2021. She served our country for 6 years in the United States Air Force before receiving her Dental Assisting certification in Chesapeake, Virginia. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. 

Chasity’s priority is the patient experience and she works hard to ensure each patient feels comfortable, has a great experience in our office, and helps our patients understand their treatment needs and concerns. She is our 3D printing expert and is consistently taking courses and staying at the forefront of 3D printing technology.

Mackenzie

Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, I’ve proudly called this city home my entire life. As a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist, I’m dedicated to providing top-notch care and helping our patients achieve their healthiest smiles.

One of the things I love most about being part of this office is the incredible sense of camaraderie. We truly feel like family, working together seamlessly to support one another and our patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my high school sweetheart, Anthony, and our two beloved fur babies, Honey and Arya. Whether we’re cheering on the Jaguars at a football game or enjoying the magic of Universal Studios, we love making the most of our time together.

An interesting tidbit about me? I majored in theatre during high school and remain a passionate supporter of community arts.

Dental Hygienist

Born in Abilene, Texas, I’ve spent my entire life in the United States. As a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist, I take pride in contributing to our patients’ well-being and ensuring they leave with a healthy, confident smile.

What I love most about our team is the perfect blend of professionalism, care, and fun. Working in such an uplifting environment makes every day enjoyable and rewarding.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and enjoy boating whenever I get the chance.

Here’s a fun fact about me: I lived in Puerto Rico for four years while my father served in the Air Force. It was an incredible experience that gave me a deep appreciation for different cultures and adventures.

SMM Specialist

Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, I’ve been living in the United States for two and a half years. Currently, I work as an SMM specialist and extern, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

What I love most about our office is the genuine sense of teamwork and the supportive, positive atmosphere. Open communication and idea-sharing are strongly encouraged here, and it creates an environment where everyone can grow together.

Outside of work, I’m an artist and had the honor of hosting a solo exhibition in New York. I’m also passionate about traveling—since moving to the U.S., I’ve already explored 11 states, and I’m eager to see more of what this beautiful country has to offer.

"Dr. Kulynych is fantastic. Smart, up to date, loves what he's doing - true professional. I was born with severe oligodontia and have spent considerable time in dentist chairs for major work since I was a kid (I'm 54 now.)
